2010 ~ Week 4

Ay dios mio! Como se me va el tiempo. Okay folks, are you ready for the latest update? Last week I made three trips to the gym!! On Monday I recorded my weight and inches on my day planner. Food has become my friend again.

My motivation has spilled over to Tony {my hubby} whose interest has perked over my recent achievements. Now he wants to explore a trip with me to the gym! My man works so hard every day that he has very little energy left at the end of each work week. I keep informing him that the first month will be the toughest. Once he overcomes that first hurdle, exercising will become part of his life.

Pobresito mi amor but, I have to encourage him to join my efforts for both our benefits. Over the years, porque antes yo era una buena cosinera, my Tony has become quite plump. He suffers from frequent headaches and often gets sick very easily.

I worry about the state of our health as it is now and how it will deteriorate with time if we do nothing. We will soon be entering a new decade in our years of life{we are the same age}; with hard work and dedication, we can enter it in good health.  Eating well and within reason as well as exercising is the token to a long life.
