Re-Shaping Me In 2010

In January I decided to challenge myself with new goals to accomplish within this year. One of my goals was to re-shape myself, (aka- loose weight). Once a week I post an update sharing my struggles and wins for that week. In sharing my story, it is my hope that I will inspire people who are also struggling to re-shape themselves; to be proactive about changing their lifestyle to a healthier one. My starting weight in January, was 184 pounds and my waist size was 39 inches. My re-shaping goal in 2010: weight 130 pounds and waist size 22 inches.
