Momma on a mission impossible!

You all heard about a *little* conference in New York that will be held in August? Ummm....I believe it is called, BlogHer? For those of you who may have never heard of it- it's the Mecca of conferences for bloggers where they can sharpen their tech skills and network at a large scale. Unfortunately this was my first year learning about it. I thought, oh I'll just wait for it to come to LA. Everything comes to LA at one point or another, right? If not here than more than likely in Vegas. Nope. They do have numerous mini conferences that are held far from California, but their conference this year in New York is the main stage conference- the mother-load. The one that bloggers dream of and wait with great anticipation for. (((sigh))) I have no ticket, let alone sponsorship.

Just yesterday, a friend tipped me on a scholarship for the infamous BlogHer conference sponsored by Latism (Latinos in Social Media.) One of the requirements is to have a blog for more than six months- check! Another is to have more than 75 posts on said blog- yikes! I only have 50, that includes this post.

My mission, if I choose to accept it- I must write at least SIX post a day for then next five days. That will qualify me for the scholarship. Oh, dear phalanges don't fail me now!
